We wake up before dawn every day to churn our first batch. Our recipes change with the seasons — sometimes inspired by a perfect peach at the farmer's market, sometimes by a late-night conversation with a regular who's been coming here for twenty years. This isn't a factory. It's a small shop on Maple Ave that happens to make really good ice cream.
